Bunkerchan is now in it's first public release!

It is essentially functional. The only things that currently don't work are banners, flags, and PDFs. PDFs will be added quickly, as it should only take a minor settings change. Banners are not added due to poor documentation making it impossible to figure out how to do. in the way our boards do.
Flags are only not working because I don't have any, if someone has an archive of all the /leftypol/ flags I'd happily add them.
