There's a pro-Hoxha group called the KKE 1918-55 which criticizes them.

The KKE basically have the same view on things as Ludo Martens: as long as your name wasn't Leon Trotsky then you were okay. Stalin, Mao, Brezhnev, Hoxha, Milošević, Kim Il Sung and sons, Castro, and basically everyone else was alright according to him. I think that's a silly and opportunist political practice.
