Can you summarize? I remember watching one or two of his videos years back, if I recall right he's a sort of libertarian and makes "mutual contracts" a big thing.
If the argument boils down to that, then I would simply say that in a class society "mutual contracts" between different classes cannot be equal. If a worker "contracts" himself to a capitalist he is not only doing so because the alternative is destitution or worse, but is also going to be exploited simply because of how capitalism works: the appropriation of surplus-value by the capitalist.
