Nah mate. Tolkien really disliked direct metaphors such at that. Sure you may draw comparisons and silmarilities but Tolkien would definitely say it was not meant to be an equivalent. Also I would say the first kinslaying would be the original sin if anything, before that the Noldor could have returned and pretended like nothing happened after a little while.
