Yeah. Psychopaths are people and they're good at different things. They are often described as crafty, manipulative, and smart but this is about as true as it is for the non-psychopathic population in terms of intelligence, drive, and motivations. Really the only solid universal difference is that they lack empathy. They're bad at relating to other beings emotionally. Some of them are entirely incapable.

She has a lot of options in life. It all depends on the choices she makes and how much motivation she has.

Black-mailing anyone can easily backfire and having it be a psychopath you're related to just makes that potential worse. If you're going to do it, be tactful and cautious.

I know it sounds impossible if you're living in the same house as her. But I find it very easy to avoid my brother. I simply live my life pretending he is not there. I do not ever initiate any conversation with him apart from maybe telling him mum has din dins ready for us once a day. I simply nod and grin as he tells me about all the drugs he's doing and the women he's fucking and the things he's shoplifted. When he would tell my embarrassing secrets to my friends or mother, I would simply laugh along with them or shrug.
