I think I have an OCD for prayer.

> be me

> have a prayer

> can't seem to comprehend that an "amen" completes a prayer

> speak "amen" several times.

Just sayin

 No.10352

Sounds like OCD. Prayer itself is in the heart of compulsion.

What does AMA mean, by the way?

 No.10362

>>10352

I think it means "ask me anything."

 No.10365

>>10362

Yes. OP here, I can tell you anything about my Prayer OCD.

I thought an AMA was "ask me anything", period.

I wanted to ask how you got to 8ch.

 No.10367

>>10366

Nope, but I can tell you how ocd mixed with prayer feels

 No.10369

>>10367

Well that's no fun. I wanted to ask other things, like you usually do in an AMA.

How old are you?

 No.10374

I'm 26 years old.

I found out that I'm a pure o

 No.10384

It could be worse. You could be twice as mental and actually believe a prayer does anything.

But seriously though, you do know putting your hands together in a specific way and making waves through the air or thinking words doesn't make the inner workings of the universe manipulate cause and effect so that you get what you want… Right?

ps. post your bingo result

Atheist, men's right "activist" (supporter), philosophize. :^) Sound like good traits to me. I'm seen as a sketchy or even repulsive mental patient and druggie, which might be worse, but I don't wear fedoras, guy. Every time. "Fedora" is the last resort, isn't it? You can't poke a hole in anything I said, at least not with words, so fedora bingo it is. Oh, yeah, I'm also a libertarian.

I've tried prayer, believe me, but there is no god and a prayer is nothing, unless maybe disappointment.

same here

>speak "amen" several times.

Muslims do that; after every "wish" we say Amen… Nothing wrong with you doing it I guess, and no that doesn't make you a Muslim.

You can overcome your OCD a bit by sheer carelessness/laziness, meaning that you'll refrain from doings some things perfectly or repeating certain actions because you don't have the time & should be obsessing over more important things.

>AMA

What other things do you do obsessively?
