No it wouldn't. If there were powerful secrets, anyone who knows them would do their best to keep it a secret (like if you made the first bomb. You wouldn't say anything. You wouldn't want someone else to have that sort of power). 99% do. The other 1% are a bunch of retards trying to "wake" people up lmao (and if they manage to get anywhere with it, which they probably wont, they'll either be discredited or taken care of).
Also, spells are ultra-retarded. No one shoots fire out of their hands. The closest most come to with that sort of behaviour are those who believe in clairvoyance and the such. Anyone in that community who goes beyond that and collective conscious and its implications is probably going off the deep end.
Furthermore, gnosticism isn't the spiritual. It's only one belief system of so. It's important to take into consideration science, the desert trio, aliens, other religions/philosophies no matter how obscure they are, and your own personal experiences. It's pretty much what you come to when you stop letting emotions dictate your thoughts. Refusing to consider information because it seems incredulous is as bad as refusing it out of fear (ie muh hell and sins). Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there is more disinformation in that field of study than politics. You have to siphon through and test the bullshit yourself.
I didn't start looking at any of this information until snowden proved that the US government is spying on people, which is what those "kooks" have been saying the whole time. There's a lot to the whole mess, and you can't just jump right into it. If you study ahead, it will appear insane/incredulous on its own. It's like if i tried to tell you that banks destroy the economy before you even realize what fractional reserve banking is.
I hope that helped.
