Can anybody else here do this, or have any idea what I'm talking about? I can somehow "turn on" my brain in a way that gives off a noticeable effect to whoever is near me. I know it sounds completely delusional. But I have shown many people what I can do and it never fails, I can adjust the intensity of the effect. I want to know what it is, and what more I can do with it.

 No.2071

…you what?

 No.2072

What exactly do you mean?

it's like, in my head I think of kind of a tone. Similar to the tone you hear if you sit in complete silence a very long time, i.e. when the silence becomes loud. hard to tell what exactly the effects are on others. In high school I used it in a very intense way on some people who had bullied me growing up, they apologized so much while i was doing it. when before I realized I could do this it was the same bullying shit. Hard to explain it really. Growing up I spent a lot of time sitting alone in my room for various reasons, I think my "ability" may be the result of this. Like how some people you approach kind of put out that welcoming vibe, I think what I'm doing is the opposite of that. Really hoping someoe sees this thread and just knows what I'm talking about and can put a name to it.

It… sounds delusional. You're familiar with confirmation bias, no?

But hey, it sounds like a delusion that isn't bad really, not going to affect your quality of life negatively.

This is actually a thing. It's basically your subconscious affecting your body language, posture, and facial expressions.

I've managed to do it consciously. I can give people a 'fuck off I'm busy' vibe to ward them away, or be open and welcoming and helpful.

I don't really like doing it; it feels dishonest and like I'm pretending to be someone else.
Probably because I AM pretending to be someone else.

Also, there IS no silence in my head. I have tinnitus, so there's always a high-pitched ringing somewhere.

this sounds close to what it is. howeve I can do it through closed doors , or walking behind someone, where I am not visible at all. It's like I am broadcasting my mind to others. I've dne it so many times, even around complete strangers in public, its always the same, weird looks up to them saying "stop doing that". I accidentally made a girl in class cry in high school while I was trying to focus it on someone I hated. No one will ever forget that class lol. From there on out my whole high school knew i could do it. people didn't really mess with me after that.

i see what your saying on the confirmation bias thing. Thats simply not the case here. It literally affects people. I've done it at past jobs during the daily meeting and everyone noticed, the boss told me to stop, and employees warned me during the day to stop doing it, that if i started doing it all the time, they would work to try to get me fired/ to quit basically. this was in a group of roughly 10 people, all noticed. I know i can't prove what im saying or show you via internet what it is I can do, which is unfortunate, because other than showing a psych Im not sure where else to look.

All people influence the 3D world with their thoughts. If you put your attention on something intensely it will create waves of the same caliber and manifest in the physical world.

I experience the same things every day. For me it's mostly when I get on the bus. I'm just quietly looking out the window but everyone's focus is on me. It's actually a horrible thing in my case because I can't control my lust for attention. It's the core of most of my mental mishaps, actually.

Provide scientific explanation or it's all fairy tale.
People simply pay much attention to you because you may look 'curious', ugly or whatever

In a roundabout way it does. It's why optimistic thinking works. Thoughts turn to feels, feels turn to urges, urges turn to actions. Voila, simply by meditating on a single thing, it becomes reality.
