one minute i am taking the test, and the next i'm researching if i'm not depressed and borderline asbergers, but instead have schizoid personality disorder.
important note: the first time i took the test today, i got less than 60% for schizoid.
is it uncommon for schizos to have, maintain and appreciate online friendships? (i have a handful) more than one close friend IRL? (i have 2,5) can the symptoms manifest over relatively short time (~2years) in young adult age due to changes in living situation allowing you to pursue more solitary activities?
is there an easier way to deal with it than therapy? i'm sick of my treatment for depression that is currently leading nowhere.

Also I am absolutely not compulsive, I don't know where that came from. As for schizoid, how is that even a negative thing? Seems to me everyone else has the "too emotional" disorder. I can see some of it, but never before has there been a suggestion of schizophrenia or schizotypical disorder with me, but borderline has previously been ki…nda … high? Wait a minute… 14… 42 … 14, 14, 14, 28… 28, 42… 105 questions 15 traits 105/15 = 7 All the responses coming back as numbers which fit into the pattern of (100/7)*XHalf Life 3 Confirmed! …it's almost like each one of those questions, which were sometimes a bit vague and/or had you trying to choose between two opposing but not mutually exclusive aspects within the same Yes/No response, were contributing a single point to each of a single trait, and they're all scored out of exactly the same number of maximum points. I hate people and avoid them, but when I do enter social situations I rek skrubs. Go out, make friends, disappear back to my troll cave and never speak to them again. The narcissism metric is a little disingenuous though. Someone saying they "believe they possess some significant talents" is riding a fine line between narcissism and just normal confidence. Agree with most of it… Didn't think I was borderline though. Always thought it was just lashing out and yelling at people for no reason and then regretting it but then looking it up I see it's include insecurity, contradictory feelings and self harm so sounds about right. The 100% depressive and 85% hypomanic fits pretty well with my BPII diagnosis which is primarily depressive. Masochistic tendencies for sure, self harm and all that jazz. Schizoid, yeah I'm a bit of a loner some times but I really do enjoy being with me friends and trying to impress people I don't even know that well (guess that fits in with the histrionic component). Although I think this would rank differently at different times, especially with bipolar disorder I think the depressive score and hypomanic score could fluctuate a lot.

Your test scores suggest that your personality style entails: A susceptibility to anxiety and depression, which you guard against by withdrawing from evaluative social situations. You may appear emotionally flat to others at times, but contrary to how others perceive you, this flatness is not your actual state. Instead, you use it as a form of self-protection: As soon as you are around people, feelings of tension and disharmony start to creep up on you. By presenting yourself as quiet, reticent, and modest in social situations you hope to inject some remoteness whereby you can maintain emotional distance in the event that others should start expressing negative evaluations of you. The irony is that you have a strong desire for acceptance and affection, but you restrain these longings in yourself because you are afraid that if you let others get close to you, they will only end up hurting you
What do they mean by borderline ?

"Your personality style is: Antisocial Your test scores suggest that your personality style entails: An extreme autonomy and self-reliance, and a deviance from societal norms. You have poor impulse control and are sensitive to being slighted. Hostility and vindictiveness comes easily to you. You are impatient and restless, always in pursuit of more of "the good things in life." You are never satisfied in having, only in taking. Seemingly undaunted by risk, pain, and punishment, you are truly unbound by the deterrents that normally condition people's lives, be they cultural or biological." eh

Multiple Personality Styles Oh dear, oh dear. Either you clicked 'Agree' to too many questions that did not really apply to you, or you appear to have multiple, equally prominent personality styles. It is quite possible that you have several personality styles that are all strongly expressed and which co-exist in you. Whether you really have these multiple personality styles, or you just clicked 'Agree' too leniently, we are unable to say, and we are therefore also incapable of giving you a more personalized description. But you can consult the charts below in order to see which of the styles you score the strongest on.

I swear a lot of the statements had two parts that I felt differently about. Isn't anti-social and schizoid the same thing? I though paranoid would be higher.

>>8641 >Isn't anti-social and schizoid the same thing? No. Anti-socials are usually manipulative jerks. They may as well be sociopaths given their manipulative and selfish ways.
Schizoids just want to be alone and have no real desire to be with people. Very emotionally flat and 'stone faced' folks who often stick to the background.

Eat a whore's salty chode and shit out a bag of nails. This test just fucked with my head. On half of the questions I half agreed, and wasn't sure whether to agree or disagree, so I went with what I could. I don't even fucking know if it's right or wrong. But it seems fucking retarded.

And I have a lot of emotions, but I don't express them. What the fuck's up with that question? I do one but not the other. That's two fuckin questions, mate.
