Again, that shit is more about diet. Don't eat a lot of cod/white fish? You probably don't get enough fat/fatty acids/vit. D. Which will make you lethargic. But it won't cause ADD, only exaggerate the symptoms.
I'm not a dietician, I'm not doctor, I'm just speaking from my view as a shill. I take these and they helped me. Avoid anything "oxide", the bioavailability is shit. Also, if you're not overweight/gaining, eating more of more different stuff is basically a good recepie for a better diet.
Also, you're 17. Your social skills will improve greatly as you go on. Maybe cut your losses in school, try to have fun with people instead?
