>tfw this board is just social disorders
Come on, I came here so that me and my tupper could have fun making up no-drug solutions to crazy conditions like schizophrenia.

 No.4519

Then make a thread for it.

Ahem.
Also
>implying tuppers aren't self-developed DID/Schizophrenia

 No.4618

It's not schizophrenia, but it is definitely a mental imbalance.
This is coming from a tulpa mancer of a few years.

 No.4620

How about mindfullness for schizophrenia. Would that work to at least bring a paranoid schizophrenic to being less paranoid.

 No.4622

>>4620
Tulpas can work to help alleviate the symptoms of certain mental illnesses.

It is possible to have a tulpa around to help ease and calm your mind, but they are a companion and will take a lot of time to create.

Many tulpa hosts have spoken of their tulpas helping them work through or cure their depression, and I've heard scattered rumors of schizophrenic people bringing a tulpa into their life to help keep away the bad illusions.

I can't confirm anything, though.

Man I can't make a tulpla now. Suicide being an option is so comforting.

 No.4703

Suicide is the faggot option.

 No.4709

BPD here I guess.

Does that count as a more-than-social disorder?

 No.4711

>>4518
I have a legitimate mental disorder other than a social one, though. Mostly just affects major motor control, though.
I can type and do delicate stuff, but I'll walk into doorframes and trip over my own feet.

Doesn't matter when you're dead.

OP here, I totally forgot about this thread.
Sounds like you have perfectly fine motor control, but subconscious inputs (Like walking without thinking about it) are sloppy.

Perhaps using said subconscious inputs while paying conscious attention to them would work, as you would be able to correct them.
Walk, and then consciously put walking into suconscious control (This is pretty easy to do, although there would doubtless be those who run into difficulties).
Doing this exercise with increasingly tricky manouevres may teach your subconscious motor input to do its job properly.
