I'll tell you right now, when I was 13, I was fucked up. And I thought "OH I
HAVE TO HAVE A GIRL OR I'LL GO THROUGH MY TEEN YEARS BEING SHIT". I spent the last half of my teenage years learning programming, hanging out with friends and playing all the video games. I think I'd have liked building a bigger social net, but all in all I was fairly happy then, save for my mother dying of cancer.
Look, if you find a girl, that's great. Go out and socialize more. Try working out and get whey protein. Just pushups at home is fine, look up a calisthenics routine. It'll build your confidence and make you feel better in general.
The thing about girls, especially at your age, is that they're very often mean and dumb. They're racing with hormones, as are you. They want to be treated like nothing less than princesses because that's what media shows them they deserve. There are probably nice girls out there that you'll be able to mesh with, but they're probably few and far between. It's okay to be alone. It's not you. Why do you think women stay alone?

>>6805 said, maybe try meditation! I got into lucid dreaming one summer at the age of 15. I meditated every single day, to the point where I was so lucid and mindful during the days, that even when falling asleep, I was aware. And it wasn't tiring either! It was very empowering, and I know somewhere in my brain the pathways for being completely lucid still remain.
Put those hormones to good use in the gym instead. Fap to as much of the cool new porn you've never seen before as you can, and be happy with your life. For the next few years you'll have a bigger amount of freedom than you'll ever have. Use it responsibly. Go have fun. Time spent on chans can be fun, but remember that it probably doesn't advance you as much as other things. Working on social skills, and having fun with friends is often more important. Recognize school/class as a platform for meeting people outside of your social circle.
DEFINITELY SEE A LEGITIMATE PSYCHOLOGIST. Tell them about your goals and wants, and they should help you make strategies to achieve them.
