/b/ has /b/tards Other boards have names for their users. /mental/ needs a name for their users. Let's decide on one.

maybe /mental/ists? I mean it's a bit too egotistical for the users here, but narcissism does fit with the theme of the board after all

What is egotistical about /mental/ists? Google says it means either a magician who specializes in mind tricks or an eccentric/mad person. The second one seems rather fitting.

I think /mental/ists works pretty well. "Sup /b/, /mental/ist here." "I was wondering if any other /mental/ists noticed the same thing." Rolls right off the tongue.

It's a very popular anime. It's lengthy and has a lot of stories, but I still had fun watching it. I think you'd have fun watching it, too, so I recommend that you watch an episode or two.

OK, maybe a dumb suggestion … but … if /b/ has b-tards… …surely if there's one board in the entire chanspace that can justify that suffix, it's here? Hello my fellow mentards. …oh wait. No. Too much possibility of being confused with the pec-strokers over at /men/… Drat. And I thought it was such a perfect idea too.
