Have you heard of the game called "sticks" that you play with your fingers? It's hard to explain the rules but that can be fun.

When I was in a hospital, because there were nothing to do I studied a whole course of math in one week.
It was pretty cool.

play some mobile games, read an ebook, write an ebook.
you could download one of those mobile versions of music programs like fl studio and make /mental/ some OC music.

See if you can get a book, playing cards, or drawing tools. You might be able to request
for a relative or friend bring something from your residence that might help pass time.

also post some pics of the ward if your phone has a camera. I'm curious about what it looks like.

It's the nice kind where you check yourself in.
Woman in the other bed is very annoying and won't stop narrating anything she does. Food isn't good. Medication isn't compulsory and you can check out if you sign a discharge to cover the hospital's ass.
Downside : there's not much to do except derping from the high dosage medication they can only give you in hospital setting.
Visitation hours (and possibilities to get out) suck asses : 1pm to 2pm / 7pm to 8pm
Wednesday, saturday and sunday : 1pm to 6pm.

I do have an eredears full of books but the meds make it hard to read. I also wanted to learn german and to play checkers.
I finally downgraded my expectations due to drooling state and got myself some audiobooks today. It's hard as hell to concentrate. Anything I do easily for fun is now out of reach.

Boredom is terrible.

Otherwise consider watching the sonic 2006 playthrough by gamegrumps. Moderately amusing most of the time, sometimes very comedic. A bit like listening in on a conversation, only better.
