While I do agree that the BOs have been left to walk all over the anons, he has been working on a solution. HW's focus over the last few months has mainly been on developing infinitynext, which will be the next iteration of 8chan with apparently more features to combat groups like /intl/. To be honest, while HW isn't perfect, he's a lot better than the alternatives.

I think what happened to /fatpeoplehate/ is kind of like what happened to /sjw/ in that the entire site was spamming the board. There's a pretty universal hatred of reddit on this site and other boards like /b/, /pol/, and /baphomet/ have users who I could definitely see chipping in to the raid.

To be fair, I still go to half chan /d/ for my porn (because lets face it, 8ch /d/ is slow af), and sometimes I'll cruise through /gd/ and /p/.

But, when I need /sp/, /k/, /g/, /n/, or /pol/, I wouldn't go anywhere else than right here. IMO it's not the community that's fucked up on half chan, it's the moderation and politics that is fucked up on half chan (which in turn makes a toxic community on the more political and sociological boards, thereby making a fucked up community on those boards; yet that's just the effect, not the cause).

So, really, no, I'm not gonna be there forever. If we get more activity on /d/ and better /gd/ and /p/ boards here on full chan, then I really wouldn't have any reason to go back.

Yet, this is the state of things. Since places like /d/ aren't political or sociological, there isn't a whole lot of necessity to have a brand new /d/ on another chan, hence 8ch /d/'s low pph.
