When a board is reassigned using the ?/reassign page it adds an entry to the log. No entry was added, so the global volunteers didn't do it, and I was asleep.

Oman was likely the BO all along on a UK proxy in the past, or the UK flag gave the board to the Oman flag. If you're going to false flag at least make it a bit believable.

Sure, the board log.

The BO locked a thread using the IP 104.238.169.27, owned by Choopa LLC, a British dedicated server provider (they could either have OpenVPN running on Choopa's server, or there's a VPN provider using servers rented from Choopa). Then the current accesses to the board are from an Oman residential connection. Oman likely rented the VPN/dedi for the purpose of pretending to be British for some reason as yet known only to him.
