I've tried to avoid board drama but at this point it's impossible to escape because it's fucking everywhere

I think 8chan has suffered death by autism

8chan will pull through until WWIII happens

The way I see it, many 8chan users suffer from several major problems:

1. Intense paranoia over stupid bullshit, aka who and what is shilling. This was a problem on 4chan too, but I don't think it was this bad on every board except /pol/.

2. overinflated ego's and hugboxes. "IM RIGHT AND ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH ME NEEDS TO GO BACK TO REDDIT". When you call them on this, most of the time they get all defensive and give you a bullshit halfassed excuse, or pull the "chan culture" card, aka "get out of my hugbox". You may think im pulling an SJW move here, but im talking about as an example: On /v/ I questioned why people are so pissed at Fallout 4, and some guy in a nutshell said that im a newfag and to fit in I must agree with the hivemind.

3. Sekrit Club mentality. If we would have handled new comers differently, aka letting them in and teaching them, we'd have so many more people right now. Instead , you faggots took the "ME ME ME IT'S ALL ABOUT ME" and shooed them away to keep the place for yourself, probably thinking you were special for wasting your life posting on an obscure imageboard. Fucking hipsters.
