They're metashitters that claim responsibility for everything bad that happens on the site so that they can convince everyone that they're evil masterminds in order to create further drama. /intl/ is the internet version of middle eastern retard newfag club. That retarded muslim group that will take responsibility for ANYTHING in order to promote their brand.

There are several different groups who want 8chan dead:

Feds - They don't really want it dead, just control of the message through shilling and botspam. They are the most subtle.

JIDF - They want it completely subverted. Jewish moderators, completely zombified. They'd petition against IDs and petition for shadowbanning.

PR Companies - To spread the message they are hired to spread.

Autists - Several different subgroups, all with different goals ranging from lulz to autistic hatred because they got banned for shitposting their fetish. goons, /intl/, /leftypol/ and others would be lumped in here. There is some crossover with JIDF/SJW faggotry as well, since there's money to be made. These faggots are the most persistent, they will pursue their campaign even if the 8chan userbase dropped to 100 people, and generally they Do It For Free.
