it's just a scraper, there are lots of sites like this, they do it to con advertisers into giving them money for non-existent traffic.
Like o them, a site with active content is just a commodity to be harvested. The actual specifics of the content does not matter.
Basically we put words together for them in a more convincing way then they can script. They've probably never actually read much if anything here, they might not even speak English at all and are just assuming a relative coherency.
