So i was browsing through random boards and i ran across some degenerates posting borderline illegal stuff if not illegal on masked boards with seemingngly normal titles or using dead boards to post their filth, is there anything that can be done about these subhuman scum.

I do know this is some free speech site as i've been here since 2014, but some stuff is just fucked up.
