THERE IS NOT, BUT I AM CERTAIN THAT IT COULD BE IMPLEMENTED; IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE, BUT IT WOULD BE SIMPLER TO JUST ALLOW DUPLICATE FILE UPLOADS.
