Since "Dawn of the Black Hearts" cover shows more signs of life than /rmhr/, what's the board's consensus on Heavy Metal?
I'm talking about everything from the early '70s (Black Sabbath, Budgie, Buffalo, Flower Travellin' Band, Sir Lord Baltimore) and the NWOBHM.

I really dig Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, and Venom. Diomand Head seems cool too. Also Motörhead, Motörhead is the shit.

Good stuff. I personally have been listening to 70s and 80s Metal bands that did't take off like Witchfinder General.

Saint Vitus, formed in the late 70s, they're a doom metal band. Some riffs tuned low and played slow, it's an amazing fucking band.
