Carach Angren would probably fall under symphonic black metal whereas I would describe this as neoclassical black metal. The two are extremely similar but have some subtle differences. The main difference I would say is that Carach Angren's main tie to classical music is that they use a lot of synths to recreate classical instrumentation, where the above band actually incorporates entire classical concepts and structures as well as the instrumentation into their music.
