I still don't like the production on this one, and there's a few songs that don't really click with me but goddamnit. Dyson Sphere is pretty much one of the best songs I've ever heard. I'm fucking in love with it. I just wish they kept it all in one track instead of cutting it up.

Going to agree with this. Great release, glad I backed it on kikestarter.

I actually really love the production. The mix is fantastic, and you can see that his work on the solo album helped him to engineer this one. Everything has its place, and the drums are really low in the mix. One would think that you would put your instrument above others, but this was a passion project for them.

My favorite song would probably be Funeral for a Continent. Grossmann basically expanded on what he wanted to do in Centric Flow. The one thing that I've wanted from Obscura over the past couple of years is a re-release of Centric Flow where they added in the solo that Muenzner does live, and it was better than that

I find that while there's nothing really wrong overall with how the individual instruments sound, the whole thing is really weak and lifeless. But well, the album suffers a severe case of rectangular waveworm syndrome. I mean, just check this out. Absolutely fucking disgusting.

Also, I can barely hear the bass except for a few parts, but that might just be my speakers. And all 4 of my headphones/earbuds.
