As you're probably well aware, this board is about as dead as Per Yngve Ohlin. It only gets around one post per day, and that's on a fast day. However, I have an idea that will maybe help revive the board.
You see, some boards like to hold what are called tea parties, which is where a bunch of boards all get together on one specific board and talk about whatever. I know that /baphomet/ had one recently, so maybe it would be good if we were to have one. However, the name "tea party" sounds pretty gay, so let's call it a beer party instead. And since it's October, we should hold the beer party on Halloween. So what do you say?

Just a note that /v/ has had a buttpocalypse regarding hotpockets and it seems most of its user-base has jumped ship to /svidya/. I don't know if that's where everyone has gone, but the amount of meta/shitposting has exploded in that great but terminal board over the last week.
On second thought, there are a heck of a lot of anime reaction faggots over there, too, so maybe if you skip /svidya/ you won't get invaded by those shitcunts

Budweiser, Coors, old Milwaukee, pabst blue ribbon all are horrible. (Not quite as bad as the first 2)
Miller high life is alright but my favorite I've tried is Blue moon Belgian ale.
On top of that, one of my friends turned me on to whiskey a while back (before I was of legal drinking age) I love bourbon. Absolutely love it. I don't do shots, I drink it out of a glass. I just like the way it tastes

First off, I think You're right about the hops.
My town is in the middle of nowhere. If I go a couple hours to the beach I find microbrews everywhere (and I've tried some at restaurants though the brand names evade me) but in my town there's not really anything but a Walmart and all they Cary are shitty big name beers. (Never seen beer in a liquor store around here either) but perhaps I need to look harder.

Rightly so - I can count on one hand the number of blended whiskeys I've not hated. My all-time favourite was gifted to me and while it went down quite well, I can't say I'd personally pay the same price for what it was.
Lagavulin is a single malt; Islay, but doesn't go spastic on the peat/smokiness.
