Can we have djvu support for the board? It allows smaller file sizes which would mean quicker uploads and more files per post and it's an open standard which would keep the freetards happy. Is there a reason not to add it?

You can't just allow arbitrary filetypes in the board settings. This is a change to the site software, so not something we control. Ask in one of these places:
