Clearly, for some reason, people aren't reading or are just purposely shitposting. In the case that they aren't reading, maybe you should make the stickies more obvious in a way that new people can see it, perhaps make the images for the stickies a bit bigger or make the text stand out. Up to you. I just want new people to be more aware of that.
