Many of them might go to Church, and many will pray for a miracle when they are under a little stress, but most will simply be a Catholic or Christian in name only, not trying to follow the teachings, frequently sinning, and depending on their denomination, not fully believe in said denomination (like people who call themselves Roman Catholic, but say that the Pope is not God's representative on Earth).
