No its just that many Tarot decks have different systems to be unique and like to change the Major Arcana.
For example in the original Tarot 8 is JUSTICE and 11 is Strength, but that was changed in the Rider-Waite deck to fit in with the astrological teachings of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. The first Card of your post is from the Rider-Waite deck, which was first printed in 1910, while the third Cards is from the Tarot de Marseilles, first printed 1760.
Tarot in general has its origin in a italian card game from the 15th Century and only became associated with the esoteric and magic, after a french guy in the 18th century sperged out over the pictures of the cards and pretended their symbols had a Ancient Egyptian origin.
