Let's kick off this board with one of my favorite topics. I love sex, and I know a lot of other people do too. The problem is, everyone likes their sex differently, and people tend to get really upset at others who are "sexually immoral."
Thing is, they're right. Sex is important, and important things need rules. The debate that's needed is what those rules should be. So, in this ITT thread we, the (in)sane wayward sons of /pol/, will discuss sex. Start by introducing your personal stance on this subject.
1. What are your personal tastes? What fetishes do you have? What is your sexual orientation?
2. What do you believe about the metaphysics of sex? Why do people feel the urges and desires that they do? What is the "correct" basis of desire?
3. What are your ethics surrounding sex? When is it appropriate? With whom? Under what circumstances? Does your position on this differ from your legal beliefs?
4. What is your opinion on sex in law? When is it appropriate? With whom? Under what circumstances? Does your position on this differ from your ethical beliefs?
5. If you could change one thing about how humanity or the world at large views sex, what would it be?
After you introduce your position, feel free to argue and shitpost nonstop. Have fun, sexy anons~

>1. What are your personal tastes? What fetishes do you have? What is your sexual orientation?
I'm open to try anything that isn't painful or doesn't involve vomit and/or shit. For fetishes, feeling comfortable is a big turn on, so is water, stockings are awesome, and so is erotic hypnosis, though the slave master stuff is usually a turnoff for me, and I'd never do if the other party didn't want to. As for orientation, I am mostly attracted to women, but sometimes on a rare occasion dudes and penises turn me on. I guess technically bi-sexual?
>2 (OP). What do you believe about the metaphysics of sex? Why do people feel the urges and desires that they do? What is the "correct" basis of desire?
As a non religious person but someone who's not the most informed on this, I'd say it's a bodily desire in order to keep the species alive. Men generally have a higher libido to ensure this, Women generally have a lower libido to help keep things from getting overpopulated.
>3. What are your ethics surrounding sex? When is it appropriate? With whom? Under what circumstances? Does your position on this differ from your legal beliefs?
Women shouldn't feel bad for wanting sex, as it's totally unfair, and nothing turns me off more than a woman who's faking it. The term "slut" should be used for women who have sex with other people without telling their partner. Men should be held in the same regards. As for staying faithful, I don't really care as long as people tell their partner they want to have sex with other people, and they tell the partner who. As for family members? I'm not sure where I stand on that to be honest. As for sex with children, fuck no. If pedos fap to 2D I don't give a shit though. As for animals, I'd rather wait until we know how animals think and what they want, and determine if it is truly okay to preform sexual acts with (or wank off to) animals who may appear to want it by humping you, and until then it's fucked up. Either way, having sex with small animals in a way that could permanently damage them or kill them should ALWAYS stay illegal. Whether or not it's found to be okay to preform sexual acts with animals who actually want it, people with this fetish have 2D shit to fap to instead.
>4. What is your opinion on sex in law? When is it appropriate? With whom? Under what circumstances? Does your position on this differ from your ethical beliefs?
If it's not about children, animals, diseases, and perhaps families, fuck them. For diseases, people should be legally required to disclose what potentially deadly disease they have that could spread if the proper precautions are not taken to their partner.
>5. If you could change one thing about how humanity or the world at large views sex, what would it be?
Sex shouldn't be anywhere as close of a taboo subject as it is today as long as it's kept from children ears until the appropriate age. Even then, parents should only have to half lie, and the fact that babies come from their mothers bodies shouldn't be something that's kept from them.

Should probably respond to my own thread.
1.) I'm heavily bisexual with a little real-life bias towards bottoming for more masculine men. I live for Domination/submission play and bondage, but I could take or leave S&M. I like different sorts of fantasy xenophilia, and I have a thing for public use, harems, and other situations with multiple participants. Also, shortstacks are the bomb and anyone who says different is a pleb-o-tron. I'm ambivalent on all other fetishes except for scat and cuck, which I both loathe.
2.) I think the essential nature of sex cannot be explained simply by biological needs, but it has its roots in them. Pleasure in sex is an elevation of physical needs created by nature to motivate a sapient species, intelligent enough to make decisions separated from instinct but not necessarily knowledgeable enough to realize the need for biological reproduction. Human sexuality is based on the desire to possess the erotic and emotional aspects of another person for oneself, and it takes multiple forms, some more reciprocal than others.
3.) There are some of my fetishes I think are totally appropriate to do in real life and some that aren't. There are behaviors which have too much potential harm to oneself or others to be acceptable, but like in other ethical areas the care/harm principle changes over time. For example, if most or all STDs were rendered harmless or completely curable, and birth control methods were refined, then flagrant promiscuity would be more acceptable. But care/harm concerns are not the only concerns in ethics. As far as I'm concerned, different types of sexual deviancy infer things about you based on your intended actions. This is why despite being a perv myself I find some "harmless" fetishes abhorrent. Scat, vomit, disease/bugchasing, obesity, ana fetish, gore, and others like that are at the top of my shit list. They describe a fascination with death, decay and malformation that is antithetical to sex, which is beautiful, life-affirming and energetic.

3 cont. Cuckold fetish is also at least partially reprehensible even if the cuck agrees to it, because it involves fetishizing personal failure. "Taboo obsession" is also a bad thing. In general, mutual agreement and fidelity are the basis of lasting relationships, but we should allow for relationships with more than 2 people.
4.) "Natural law" is a silly concept because it presupposes that the primary function of an object or agent is a moral imperative for that agent. Consider the streetcar thought experiment. Now suppose that somehow if you throw a chair on the tracks you can save everyone with no consequences. Natural law basically says that if you throw the chair on the tracks then you're a bad person, because chairs are for sitting and not stopping streetcars. So, yeah. Laws regarding sex should be limited to basic care/harm concerns and governmental issues of promoting public order. This does mean things that would be acceptable in theory would be banned (like public "indecency") and things which are weaknesses of character would be legal (like scat fetish). That is because the government should have a minimal involvement either way. To change public opinion is the job of the public, not gov't force. However, both media obscenity laws and hate speech laws should be loosened greatly, so that people both for and against deviancy could argue freely through their artistic expressions.
5.) I just want people in general to stop being afraid of sex. People tend to treat sexual deviancy more severely than anything else that's more harmful or more indicative of character deficiencies. LGBT acceptance has been kind of pushed lately, and while I like most of the results I wish such underhanded methods weren't needed.

1. What are your personal tastes?
White or Asain girls between 6 or 7 to 12.
What fetishes do you have?
Cute smiles,cute bum, pigtales(very tame)
What is your sexual orientation?
Heterosexual
2. What do you believe about the metaphysics of sex?
As humans our biological makeup is programmed to replicate your genetics. That being said who you are attracted to and chose to fulfill those needs with should be no ones fucking buisness unless you put it out there in the open for discussion.
Why people feel the urges and desires that they do?
From my uninformed point view is more than likely a mixture of nature, nurture, brain chemistry.
What is the "correct" basis of desire?
There is no correct basis of desire, the human mind varies to much to say what is and isn't "correct".
3. What are your ethics surrounding sex?
I hate to sound like one of those feminazis but consent is an absolute nessity(kinky circumstances set aside) beside that both parties should in agreement spoken or unspoken. There shouldn't be restrictions on love.
When is it appropriate?
I guess that all depends on time, place and your propensity to care for the person your with
With whom?
ANY two people that feel a level of attraction towards each other
Under what circumstances?
There should be no circumstances in which two or more people feel for one another and should be stopped from doing what makes them happy.
Does your position on this differ from your legal beliefs?
4. What is your opinion on sex in law?
Im conflicted some what because I do believe that the law should play part in certain aspects for example rape & sexual harassment. On the opposite end Age of Consent, sodomy prostitution need to be left to the individuals to decide.
When is it appropriate?
Situation and time dictates.
With whom?
Two or more individuals that feel attraction towards each other
Under what circumstances?
Does your position on this differ from your ethical beliefs?
For the most part I feel that they're consistent but with any position time and debate could alter my thought.
5. If you could change one thing about how humanity or the world at large views sex, what would it be?
I would erase everyones misconception and prejudices about pedophilia. Then educate people about the differences between a child abuser and a lover of children.

>1. What are your personal tastes? What fetishes do you have? What is your sexual orientation?
I'm pretty much down for any pretty women, whether they be black, asian, arab or whatever. I've yet to find a hot Aborignial though. Also blondes look a bit bland to me. Pretty much vanilla and straight.
2. It's all hormones. Shit's random and erratic. We probably lost male-female synchronicity somewhere along the evolutionary tree with great apes because we didn't need it.
3. Any sex between consenting adults that doesn't break anyone's trust is okay. This means I don't care much about necro/zoophilia because dead bodies and animals aren't people, pedophilia is a no no.
4. In my country age of consent is 15, which sounds okay.
5. I wish there wasn't this double standard about men being praised for fucking a lot of women and women being looked down upon for fucking a lot of men. I also wish people didn't hold sex to be something sacred or holy because it's really not.

>>25>animals aren't peopleThey may not be as self aware, but they still should have some form of rights as they feel things, and like I said above we should find out how they feel. Fucking animals regardless of that is cruel.

>>21. Personal tastes are none really. The girl just has to not be ugly. I really dislike African features though. Also straight
2. I consider myself more in line with the teachings of clairvoyant Rudolf Steiner. In a nutshell, those that feel a strong desire for another person sexually are either: a) Under their primitive urges or b) guided by destiny and destiny can't find a more convenient way to get you two together than by making it desirable for you two to fuck.
3. I'd say consent is all that matters first and foremost, and it's appropriate to do with your lover. The circumstances should always be when it comes for wanting to reproduce, but that wouldn't fly now days so I'll just say whenever you want to relieve sexual tension.
4. In my country I'd say it's okay. I'd like harsher punishments for sexual infidelity though. The next questions are the same as the previous paragraph.
5. I'd like to make it so people stopped viewing sex as something pleasurable and more like something damning but necessary

>>28>it so people stopped viewing sex as something pleasurable and more like something damning but necessaryYou sure sound like a pleasant person
>>49Cliches and metaphors don't mean much under real life scrutiny. The "lock vs. key" metaphor implies a strict division of activity vs. passivity, when in actuality both the man and the woman are agents with their own goals.
