>#1 Indiana is low-crime and yet lots of guns?
Don't hear much about crime outside of blacks shooting each other in the capital, and guns seem to be common, but not talked about much in my area.
>#2 Some rich folk in specific areas
Around here, another city that's ~5 minutes to get to is known for being the rich and snobby.
>#3 Cheap living
There's a fuckton of apartments in my area. Enough to seem like there's more apartment complexes than neighborhoods, even though there isn't.
>#4 Rapidly growing cities / towns
High school I went to finished an expansion in my first year, and started another when I left. The other high school had to borrow the Jr High building or the freshmen and push all of them into the middle school.
>#5 Good weather
There's a joke around here that if you don't like the weather wait a week, but the heat isn't unbearable until it gets boiling lava hot in the southern US.
>#6 Highly developed
Have at least one area dedicated to the arts in the capital, so I'd say so, assuming you are in a highly populated area, otherwise it's corn out the ass.
