Yeah, that was a good one. $100 a year rent sounds like a pretty good deal.
Somehow it seems like most of the people she interviews for her youtube videos try suspiciously hard to clarify that they're happy with their set up. For example that guy trying to make it sound cool like he's "a classy hobo" or a "beach bum." I'm sure he's in that place by choice, but still he tried really hard to make it abundantly clear he was happy.

this one is probably the worst set-up though. It doesn't matter who you are, you'd get sick of living with the same stinky hoe in such a small space. Plus that guy totally half-assed it and did little research before building it.

This one is my personal favorite
I live close enough I should check this shipping container house out. From the few videos I've seen, it seems like making a house from a shipping container is not substantially cheaper than from conventional materials, not yet at least.
