Drawboy or Writegirl idea:
Celestia and Luna to a horrible extreme. Celestia has become a massive blob of meat rendered immobile by her own weight. Accompanied by male and female concubines, the castle is a "pleasure tower" esque structure. Luna, on the other hand is extremely gaunt and missing wings, horn and several limbs( eaten by celestia) and eyes are sown together. Luna is around to torture and eat slowly(she's a family member, so she gets special treatment). Twi is a Boba Fett esque character, a cyborg augmented with old magics.

Tldr: jabba celestia
