There's a book called The Bloody White Baron that is okay. It is rather critical of him, but still a good read.

Beasts, Men and Gods by Ossendowski, mentioned in the book thread, is a first-hand account of his exploits. Would also recommend "Red Shambhala'' by Znamenski.
