Well OP, in many IRL cultures humans eat ape meat and we don't give a shit. Ironically, westerners are more shocked by dog meat in China. So there's that.
Birds of prey often eat the eggs or chicks of other bird species. Some even hunt smaller birds than them. Crows eat corpses indiscriminately, and may enjoy bird meat as well.
We can assume that harpies wouldn't care except maybe a chicken harpy.
