There's no question that they're not on this world because of darwinian processes. However, they can still be subject to them.

Consider the three principles of evolution, when present, even in non-biological context they inevitably cause a gradual adaption.

1.Inheritance, most of the features of the entity directly carry over to its successors. This certainly applies to monstergirls, their method of reproduction is so much like ours it requires on of us to be involved and the offspring carries many of the traits the parent does.

2. Mutation

The process of copying can't be foolproof. The successor is not the exact copy of the parent and the different information must be inheritable itself. I think we can assume this to be true for monstergirls, it opens up the possibility for genetic diseases but there's also something strange about having a child that is your direct clone. Besides, if the child takes on traits from the father that can introduce some unexpected mutations.

3. Survival of the fittest

There must be some sort of test for mutations to be beneficial or detrimental, meaning succesful ones will spread and the insuccesful wil die out. Meaning that various beneficial mutations will gradually stack up in the species and change the face of the race. This definitely applies to monstergirls, only the girls that succeed in getting partners will reproduce.

Note that all of this works even if there's no cells or DNA, als long as there's identifiable heritable traits you can speak of genes and genetics.

All memes aside, in all likelihood, if we're assuming MGs magically came out of nowhere at a certain period of human history, humans would likely rape the monstergirls if anything. And this is assuming we are as a rule still weaker than most monstergirls (i.e. KCanon). In reality humans have some pretty dense muscles. The main reason we're not as strong as say a bear or a tiger is that we're lighter, we limit our strength naturally to avoid injury, and their musculature if more suited to pure force where as we have ones that can do more varied tasks. Actual monstergirls (i.e. mostly human morphology with some minor edits and appendages) might have a slight advantage overall. MAYBE, assuming their traits don't have an inherent disadvantage as well (i.e. MGs with hyper-aggressive mentalities are likely to get themselves killed recklessly, snek's massive bodies require an ectothermic body heat system which reduces what is already likely not very long endurance, Onis would suffer severe injuries from tripping and falling due to their weight like elephants).

This is all VERY speculative, though. I could be wrong, but this is how it likely would go given our knowledge of physiology/evolutionary history of humans and other species.
