My main thing is, she's a goddess which technically by default is a type of spirit in most cultures.
PUndead are usually humans that had former lives and then died and came back, forcing them into a body that either is falling apart or requires life energy, blood, or semen to sustain it. Or spooky ghosts that can become partially physical.
Then again if >>154402 is right. I don't know a lot about Egyptian myth, just the basics then I guess she really is an undead. What confuses me is Osiris was butchered by Set, and he did die and go to the underworld, then he got patched back together and became the god of the underworld. Does that mean Osiris died twice? It kind of boggles my mind, I don't know how to feel about it.
