Alright, I'll be blunt. I'm tired of the low tier shit. Elves, slimes, lamia- Even dragons are a bit too low-key. Who's in the mood to discuss monster girls who could depopulate an entire planet on their own? And not in the 'outbreeding' way they usually do. I'm talking about truly, hilariously, obscenely overpowered monster-girls. Dragons are basically pansies compared to them.

You may be asking 'why'. Why? Because seeing incredibly powerful, terrifying creatures have a soft side is amazing fun. Who doesn't love to see a seraphim, capable of snuffing out suns with a wink, blushing and squirming like a schoolgirl as she gets cornered by a hero.

I'm interested in writing up some profiles for some of these crazy-ass things if anyone wants to suggest one they like in particular. And if anyone else wants to join in on that kind of fun, they'd be more than welcome.

DnD Tarrasque comes to mind.

http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Tarrasque

>The tarrasque is 70 feet long and 50 feet tall, and it weighs about 130 tons.

>…immunity to fire, poison, disease, energy drain, and ability damage, regeneration 40, scent, spell resistance 32

>No form of attack deals lethal damage to the tarrasque. The tarrasque regenerates even if it fails a saving throw against a disintegrate spell or a death effect. If the tarrasque fails its save against a spell or effect that would kill it instantly (such as those mentioned above), the spell or effect instead deals nonlethal damage equal to the creature’s full normal hit points +10 (or 868 hp). The tarrasque is immune to effects that produce incurable or bleeding wounds, such as mummy rot, a sword with the wounding special ability, or a clay golem’s cursed wound ability. The tarrasque can be slain only by raising its nonlethal damage total to its full normal hit points +10 (or 868 hit points) and using a wish or miracle spell to keep it dead. If the tarrasque loses a limb or body part, the lost portion regrows in 1d6 minutes (the detached piece dies and decays normally). The creature can reattach the severed member instantly by holding it to the stump.

tl;dr - it's almost impossible to kill, and you need magic to actually kill it if you manage to get it's nonlethal hp pool down to 0.

Here's a story about a man and his tarrasque waifu that someone wrote: http://pastebin.com/KMYvY8Ds

when's neutronium girl?

The Neutronium Golem is not an easy thing to make. Generally, the issue is not so much their materials- Neutronium, while rare and extremely difficult to manipulate, is at least potentially obtainable. The real issue is providing neutronium with a sufficient quantity of animating force to allow it to move on its own, which requires the investiture of a certain level of divinity. For this reason, the construction of a Neutronium golem is absolutely theoretical, and they are not known to exist. There is only one, admittedly notable exception.

In the far south, in the middle of a great desert, sitting in the center of a black glass crater several miles in diameter, sits the only creature that has ever made claim to being a Neutronium Golem. For reasons beyond explaining, the creature is both sapient, and has taken on a humanoid figure- That of an attractive woman, no less. Perhaps for aesthetic reasons, or perhaps for reasons of being simply unable to take on any larger form, she's fairly short and shortstacked. Her hair is the color of the corona of the sun, burning and roiling along her head, her skin glowing faintly with an inner radiance.

The Neutronium Golem is willing to answer all questions posed to it, a significant task considering its remote location, and the danger of the black desert. Those who doubt her power have been met with various responses; Humans, even the greatest of mages, have been quite incapable of getting her to respond. A deity once questioned her violently, resulting in the brief blossoming of a second sun, and the god beating a hasty retreat in the face of the Golem's heat aura- The believed origin of the black glass crater surrounding the Golem.

A being of great inherent morality, the Neutronium Golem doesn't have any interest in directly intervening in issues itself- Even the destruction of the Material Plane, even the wars of gods and demons are far, far below the Neutronium Golem. There is, nonetheless, one soft spot in her neutrality. The Neutronium Golem, over recorded history, has left its desert on a handful of occasions. Each time, it was to accompany a young man on a quest. While she does not openly fight on their behalf, no one she has travelled with has ever died in their journey. It is suspected that this represents a certain loneliness on her part.

Not every man she travels with is an epic hero. She has travelled with farmers, bureaucrats, scribes, and other minor figures. Their only unifying features are being male, and being generally of a benevolent or neutral attitude. Caution is advised in attacking those she shows an interest in; While she has never yet directly intervened, if she truly is a Neutronium Golem, it would be a small effort to kill any being on the Material Plane, and the world would likely be destroyed into the bargain.

The sole surviving record of one of her 'companions' is the scroll of Pequod the Wizard. The wizard describes the Neutronium Golem as a quiet, thoughtful, even shy individual, with a great fondness for intimate physical contact. Her own great gravitic powers were occasionally abused for this reason, making it difficult to disentangle from her before she was satisfied with the intimacy provided. She spoke often and enthusiastically of having children, but- so far as is known- she's never reproduced. Whether she is unable to or simply chooses not to is unknown.

When asked her reason for visiting this world, her only response was an enigmatic smile, and 'Retirement'.

>Can you tell I have a fondness for extremely old, powerful, jaded women with a thing for young men

>The universe's most powerful and most jaded ex-cop. Her whole deal is basically 'i have spent multiple universal lifetimes keeping the borders and boundaries of universes safe from threats that defy your imagination, i don't give a shit about sauron or his ring, you can handle it yourself, and if you don't, it'll only be a thousand years of darkness'.

>Except once every few centuries she falls in love with some guy, presumably You, and winds up a rather devoted wife for a hundred years or so. She doesn't really look for anything except 'Is a good person' and 'won't reject a shortstack neutronium golem'. Or more specifically, her criteria are mysterious, unknowable, and happen to allow you to win her heart, despite all your flaws.
