If we're going by KCverse designs he is strictly non-confrontational and pretty much has stated multiple times that if its your fetish then it exists. It's honestly just basic common sense to assume that a girl would consider the first dick she succeeds in impaling herself on to be "The One".

Obviously some amount of fall-through has to would happen: The man turns out to be morally reprehensible, he's an Orderlite and manages to run away before getting brainwashed shown the light, he Alps, if the girl is civilized, they might even have incompatible views on key aspects of relationships (e.g. Acceptiblity of harems), but these would be exceptions.

Virginity wouldn't be valued in monster society the same as humans would (a matriarchal civilization doesn't have the same cause for anxiety in regards to succession/bloodlines as a patriarchal one for obvious reasons, and infidelity/promiscuity flat out can't be done by Mamono anyway) but a girl who's been around the block plenty and is still single would definitely get side-eyed for at least the "why can't she keep hold of a man" angle.

Good women get burned by lovers too. There is a clear difference between a whore and a woman trying to find the right guy. Just apply this logic to monsters but amplify it dependinbg on the species.

I guess my point is that succubus types are megawhores and most everything else will wait for the right guy or suffer heartbreak when their lover is a total piece of shit. Apply a male's mindset unless it's a very submissive type.

Just going off the MGE universe, you can get a general sense of whether or not a certain species of monster is likely to be promiscuous or not. A lot of profiles will hint at the idea that they'll just stick with the first man they get a hold of, while other monster girls will screw every guy they see until they settle on one man. For the most part, it's up for the reader to decide.

Something to keep in mind too, there are a disproportionate number of females to males in general. Average human populations will be about 50% male and 50% female, then you add in another population that is entirely female; most can't afford to be picky.

The way I see it, is generally more powerful species and/or those with dominate personalities are more likely to be promiscuous. Monster girls such as Succubi, Hellhounds, Cheshire Cats, Baphomets, Vampires, and Youkos.

Other profiles implicitly say that they'll marry the first man they have sex with. I think the best example of this is the Centaur. Their profile says that they abstain from attacking a man, but when they do lose their cool, they'll blame the man and force him to take responsibility. In other words, the man that was attacked becomes the husband right then and there, and this was her first sexual encounter. The profile doesn't explicitly say she marries the first man she has sex with, but when you read between the lines, you'll see that this is the case.

All in all, it's the reader's choice. I personally believe that the more powerful, dominate, or rare a species is, the more likely they are to be promiscuous. And, the "weaker," submissive, and common species are going to tend to be less promiscuous.
