It's not a thing because unless it's the battlefield, Wizards doesn't like the idea of people's cards entering the zones of other players. If you're playing without sleeves, and if you both have the same sleeves, you're just asking trouble of trying to figure out whos whos.

A better way to have an effect that works like how you want would be to have a static enchantment that says "Change each instance of 'your graveyard' to 'any graveyard'" a la Trait Doctoring or Overload from RTR.

Those that are most fun to draft while also having a few "overpowered", which in this case means cards that wizards would unprint if they could (like Deathrite Shaman, Treasure Cruise, Jace, Liliana, Snapcaster, Emrakul), and overcomplicated cards that does not fit NWO/breaks the current design-mentality (dark depths, any card from the Time Spiral-block, Chrome Mox, Shoals, etc).

Why Theros and none of the other sets from that block? I remember it being damn fun to draft, but only ever got a couple of BotG drafts in, so can't really compare it.

What does Journey into Nyx and Born of the Gods have that Theros hasn't?

The key here is to think like a person from the future:

"If you could draft just "one" set from the block (you're limited by your money perhaps), which one would you choose and why?"

From a casual perspective it would be Theros, because it focuses the most on the keywords one associates with the block in Heroic, Devotion and Monstrosity.

From a spikey perspective Theros has the cards you associate with this standard-era. I'm thinking of Stormbreath, Fleecemane, Elspeth, Xenagos, Polukranos, Thassa, Downfall, heroic, Anger, Whip, Merchant…

From a greedy perspective, Theros has the better money-cards in Ashiok, Thoughtseize, Nykthos, Master of Waves (perhaps Journey with Keranos/Eidolon/Mana Confluence will challenge that in the future).

But that is just how I see it and I'm not even sure if the set is any good investing in. It took years, almost 10+, before you could get double/triple the money back for Champions of Kamigawa boxes. And in between Wizards produced a multitude of better investments (Future Sight, Zendikar, Innistrad, New Phyrexia, RoE, Worldwake, FtV, Commander). With Champions, Wizards printed a flavourful piece, and it took a while before people absorbed it's aroma and got nostalgic about all the japanesic culture. And I feel Theros will have similar destiny, specially since the draft nailed the flavour.

Khans of Tarkir would be pretty safe. The limited format is good and also fetchlands.

make sure you have a recursive way to get sidisi out of the graveyard, she's abusable as hell if you can keep recasting her for 3BB. I recommend phyrexian reclamation, also goryo's vengance just because it's a good card.

Have you ever built a deck before? In what scenario would you want to run 4 ugins, or even three? You play one and by then you should win the game. If you're worried about him dying, you either shouldn't be playing him yet or replace wayfinder and frost uselessness with counter magic to protect him.

I also have zero idea what your meta is, but mine is currently 100% control, dragons, and mono red aggro. This deck would fold to all three of those. If your meta is more midrangy abzan decks then maybe it might work, but then you would definetly need more counter magic to protect ugin from untimely downfalls.
