Some Outkast is also worth checking out. Check out aquemini, southernplayalisticadillacmuzik is also nice, just like the beat of aint no thang. Crumblin Erb, pretty great. ATLiens is above average album fo sho.

IDK. Perhaps Nujabes and some deadmau5 beats changed it for me? At some point I heard some G-funk type shit and enjoyed the fuck out of it.
