I was taught from a very young age that when you hear music, often you are just not in the right mood for it. Therefore, I listen to pretty much every genre there is. Some I don't like enough to save but I can still tolerate it.

Albums become sound tracks to a time in your life so easily.

Hell, just hearing certain lines from Good Kid Maad City, Vince Staples' Stolen Youth EP, Sampha's Dual EP or certain Drake songs can get me almost crying. Its a good feel when its over but does it suck for the first bit.

The worst is without a doubt, Trampled by Turtles though.

You want some feels? Have them.

I need to diversify what I listen to.

000000 No.64787

>>64780

Deep Fantasy is fantastic every time I hear it. I wish I knew what it sampled. Reminds me of domino's delivery mixtape, which I'll post in the share thread.

>>64785

Why do you feel the need to diversify?

365178 No.64793

>>64787

Deep Fantasy is fantastic, I listen to it sometimes before going to work at 330am I think >>64785 wants to find music that isn't rock/ a direct derivative.

Only listening to one genre can get tiring after a while, I really burned myself out on classic rock and country a couple years ago and I finally started getting back into bluegrass.

I know that my absurd branching into electronic music is largely result of XXYYXX's self titled album because I loved the zoned out beats of RNB/rap but was bored of both those genres.
