Gonna start with the obvious ones.

Monster Magnet is pretty cool. I prefer their older stuff, they became a bit too "flashy" for me later: I preferred them as some obscure garage rockers. Superjudge is a good entry level album, if you like them but want better production and a more metal sound go for the later albums. And if you like them but want a more garage sound try Spine Of God and their demos which are available on youtube.
