Despite all the blatant lies by the Obama regime (and Congress) claiming TPP will help create jobs, this just hit the news headlines:
Ohio lost 112,500 jobs in 2015 resulting from the United States' trade deficit with countries that are part of the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, according to an analysis by the Economic Policy Institute.
That places Ohio sixth, in terms of the percentage of jobs lost to trade with TPP countries, among the 50 states and the District of Columbia ranked in the report released Thursday by the liberal Washington, D.C.-based think tank. The lost jobs represent nearly 2.2 percent of employment in Ohio, according to the analysis.
The total number of lost jobs includes those directly and indirectly impacted by the trade deficit with TPP countries. It also includes the number of jobs EPI says would have been created through the multiplier or "respending" effect had trade with those countries been more balanced.
The Obama Administration says the trade agreement would be good for workers.
"With the TPP, we can rewrite the rules of trade to benefit America's middle class," states whitehouse.gov. "Because if we don't, competitors who don't share our values, like China, will step in to fill that void."
However, the EPI report says the middle class has already been hard hit by "unfairly traded goods from TPP member countries."
• Michigan (214,600 jobs lost, equal to 5.12 percent of employment)
• Indiana (103,800 jobs, 3.54 percent)
• Kentucky (53,700 jobs, 2.92 percent)
• Alabama (46,000 jobs, 2.32 percent)
• Tennessee (61,000 jobs, 2.19 percent)
• Ohio (112,500 jobs, 2.16 percent)
• Mississippi (22,000 jobs, 1.86 percent)
The other states on the list suffered major job losses, but they were influenced "by the collapse of the oil industry and related sectors," according to EPI.
• Oklahoma (35,300 jobs, 2.10 percent)
• Wyoming (6,800 jobs, 2.34 percent)
• Alaska (6,300 jobs, 1.83 percent)
Remember folks, Donald Trump is the only candidate who has warned us about this. If you want the TPP to be repealed and nullified, vote for Trump!

Next, Trump is the only candidate who is against the TPP. All other Republican candidates AND Hillary Clinton support the TPP. Both Democrats and Republicans support the TPP. Except for Donald Trump.
Therefore, using simple logic…
1) One must be a racist to support Trump
2) Both political parties and all candidates support the TPP but Trump is against the TPP. If you support literally any other candidate you should be for the TPP.
3) Trump's supporters agree with Trump's positions (in the general sense the supporters of a candidate agree with that candidate's positions)

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/11/10/john-kasich-tpp-trade-deal-critical/
MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin — GOP presidential candidate Ohio Gov. John Kasich came out in support of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement during the fourth GOP primary debate hosted by Fox Business, saying the deal is “critical.”
“The trade agreement – the TPP – it’s critical to us not only for economic reasons and for jobs because there’s so many people who are connected to getting jobs because of trade, but it allows us to create not only economic alliances, but also potentially strateigic alliances against the Chinese,” Kasich argued in support of the nearly 6,000 page agreement – longer than Obamacare and the failed Gang of Eight immigration bill combined.

Here is a link to the TPP document on a US government hosted website:
https://ustr.gov/trade-agreements/free-trade-agreements/trans-pacific-partnership/tpp-full-text
Since I was following it, the TPP I believe was first released on a New Zealand government website (below this paragraph). That is where I was first able to obtain it in its entirety:
https://www.mfat.govt.nz/en/about-us/who-we-are/treaty-making-process/trans-pacific-partnership-tpp/text-of-the-trans-pacific-partnership
I've read over the Intellectual Property chapter and the guidelines for trade (and eventual laws) are not to good for people who torrent, don't have access to the money to dispute copyright claims (for or against) in court, and seem heavily geared towards eliminating copyright infringement for good (but through horribly implemented means).
One segment in Chapter 18 (Intellectual Property), increases the length of copyright by 70 years plus the life of the author. That is page 36 of chapter 18, Article 18.63: Terms of Protection for Copyright and Related Rights. This copyright length is too long and will cause problems for individuals that want to improve upon certain copyrighted material.
Another segment which I disagree with is the section of what will be considered reprehensible actions that will require payment to the copyright holder for damages plus criminal charges for copyright infringement. This portion is in Chapter 18, Article 77: Criminal Procedures and Penalties, page 51. The specific part of the passage that I'm pointing out is the following: "Each Party shall provide for criminal procedures and penalties to be applied at least in cases of willful trademark counterfeiting or copyright or related rights piracy on a commercial scale. In respects of willful copyright or related rights piracy, "on a commercial scale" includes at least:
(a) acts carried out for commercial advantage or financial gain; and
(b) significant acts, not carried out for commercial advantage or financial gain, that have a substantial prejudicial impact on the interests of the copyright or related rights holder in relation to the marketplace.
The problem I have is with section (b) of that article. The language is vague to what qualifies as a "significant act" and also, considering some people might violate copyright to improve upon something for fun or to improve people's lives on a large scale with no commercial gain, those people shouldn't be punished for improving an idea, especially in the case of medicine where lives can be saved.
These are just two of a few different problems I have with the TPP. With around 6k pages, yeah, it's a long document, but you shouldn't have to accept the good (as there are also some really good guidelines also in the TPP for trade and other practices) with the bad. Especially if the bad can fuck up people's lives by using broad language to solve a problem that probably won't be solved. Instead, I see a lot of poorer individuals going to jail over illegally torrenting something they couldn't buy in the first place, filling up crowded jails even more.
My suggestion for IF the TPP passes (and laws are put into place to enforce it in the US) is to buy a craptop and use public wifi (while having your face hidden) to download or upload anything that you might want that infringes on copyright. While they will force ISPs to disclose personal information regarding who downloaded and uploaded what, they will have a lot more trouble finding you if you use this method. Although, realistically, how could they catch everyone who does this?
If anyone has read any of the other chapters in detail that would like to share what they understood I'd love to hear it.

Well, yes. That's the situation now, very few people actually ever get arrested for this. WIth the TPP and laws that enforce it, however, you'll have more arrests due to the ease of access the police have to information regarding who downloaded and uploaded what. As of right now, ISPs are not required to track your downloads and upload information for police use. Under the TPP (and related laws) they will. This is why I'd suggest the method I wrote in this post here >>331937 as well as using any software to hide your identity while the first few months of enforcement are playing out. Once people can draw conclusions whether or not it's enforceable then you should ease your methods. Otherwise, don't illegally torrent or break copyright till then. If you do, you're taking a chance you might regret.

Ohio voting machines owned by Soros firm.
Likely votes will be electronically rigged. However, if there is an unprecedented turnout for Trump those machines won't be able to be rigged everywhere but he needs at least a 25+% lead in Ohio votes to prevent mass voter fraud. If it's only 5 or 10% the machines can rig enough votes easily without anyone noticing. The ones who notice are the volunteers who decide to manually count ballots rather than rely on the scanners for statistics.
