Women have better marksmanship, for example, so be proactive with that useful information. Bias those combat roles that suit women. Equality should never be the top priority. Effectiveness should always be top priority.

Men and women have a different average distribution on their natural ability. Take the upper 2.5% of women and they will be as capable as the average man (statistically). That's just for physical capabilities like endurance or strength. For logistics, the bar could be equally lowered for men and women, but you wouldn't need to take such a small amount of women. No quotas, so everything will work out. I don't know as much about differences in intelligence between m&w, so I could be wrong.
