So this is the latest attempt of some channers to create their utopia in a third world country. It will get buzz for a few weeks and then it will come to nothing and this board will be ridiculed and be and old joke in a few months.
You want to know how to avoid this? you want to know how to keep a minimum but real chance of this happening?
Go there. Now. Way before anything is agreed to.
There isnt gonna be a moment when every doubt will be solved and then every poltard will buy a plane ticket. If you really want this to happen, go there, now.
Live in the capital for a while, get to know the country, more important, now that you really went to to the other half of the world for a silly dream, now you really have to make it work. Shitposting on a mongolian cartoon board wont help much.
No poorfag excuses, white people migrate to those places all the time. Myself moved to south east asia and lived there for 4 years, without planning anything. You can survive teaching English, or working your real job/trade. If there's a will, there's a way. And you're white, so it will be easy.
So, forget about the solar panels. Forget about the weed dilemma. Forget about fighting the Namibian army (lel) If you really want this to happen, go to Windhoek. Now. Then go from there .

>>1862I'm going to Windhoek to get a feel of the country. I plan to go out into the boonies a bit and hopefully scout out one or two of the sites we've pondered over. If things turn out well I am prepared to purchase some property but there's still so much research to do.
Will bring cameras and my signature fedora :^)

Our first scouts will be going there in a few months.

We do need someone on the ground sooner than later, so we don't lose momentum.
But in reality, a lot of us are waiting on the NGO to get going, as well as the survey team.
I wouldn't be surprised to see some of us go there beforehand and take some photos, those that do.. Please hurry.

Let me see if I can make a trip out to Namibia as well as Kenya soon.
I have the money, not the time.

Boots on the ground fund?
Pay in a bit to get the first people over and established, with the caveat that they have to pay 100%+ at least x% more back into the fund over the next year, 18 months, whatever?
It'd need some management, and a way of testing suitability, but if done right, it could be powerful.

Hey, these things take a while, and the pace isn't really compatible with *chan culture.
But in a few months I'd like to make a trip out to Windhoek, it looks nice.

I will bump this even though it is cancerous pessimism masquerading as "realism":
I have seen all kinds of these wild ideas and projects and I believe in the optimism but there needs to be good leadership, progress made daily, small goals achieved frequently, people actually investing time, money, etc.
