They're buying up cheap uninhabited land in a wasteland part of your country that your people are intelligent enough to not inhabit and are going to attempt to use more advanced farming methods to make it viable.

We're taking lots of money and people to Namibia, planning a settlement, and creating a /pol/topia for Europeans and Afrikaaners.

Look around the board, you'll find lots of ideas and opinions.

We already have people with money who will donate to the cause.

A lot of us are sick of our nations being colonized by Africans. They are clearly just turning our homes into New Africa.

So, we want to immigrate to Namibia and start hydroponic and solar farms. Namibia is perfect because no one else wants it. Plus there are already German people there.

It is really just the old pioneer spirit being rekindled by fundamental dissatisfaction with the West in general.

249c8b No.2244

>>2221
We don't have nice memories of colonisation and as a matter of fact, we weren't even independent until recently.

>>2147
The good land is taken already, sorry.

>>1994
And who may those generous patrons of yours be?

>>1991
>advanced farming
that won't help at all. First you need to forestate the desert to stop them sandstorms. It may take a lot of time and money. It rarely rains in Namibia too. So we rely on groundwater sources. Some of them dry up, so unless your patrons are giving you advanced groundwater source detection technology, you are fucked.

>>1989
I hear that a lot but whom are you kidding? You don't even have a sticky.

I was born and raised in Windhuk. A nice city, not as fancy as yours but it has it's charms.
You will probably stick to English, aber ihr werdet um das Deutsche nicht drum herum kommen.
Our country is pretty solid and stable, politically, socially and economically, so if you think you will have it easy, we are not the type of Neger you meet in Western Africa.
We have a multi-party system. The two-strongest parties are centre-left though. If you think Obama is a socialist, then Namibia should feel like full blown communism.
It isn't of course, but considering your political background.

OK, apparently you do have a sticky now, but it still isn't making any sense.

File: 1422031222015.png (38.01 KB, 397x316, 397:316, SWAPO_Party_Logo.png)

SWAPO

Pic related is their actual symbol!

After World War I the League of Nations gave South-West Africa, formerly a German colony, to the United Kingdom as a mandate under the title of South Africa.[5] When the National Party won the 1948 election in South Africa and subsequently introduced apartheid legislation,[6] these laws also extended into South-West Africa which was the de facto fifth province of South Africa.[7]

SWAPO was founded on 19 April 1960 by Andimba Toivo ya Toivo and Sam Nujoma as the successor of the Ovamboland People's Congress, an organisation established in 1957 and renamed the Ovamboland People's Organization in 1959. The reason for the renaming was that although the organisation had its base among the Ovambo people of northern Namibia it wanted to be representative of all Namibians.[4]

During 1962 SWAPO had emerged as the dominant nationalist organisation for the Namibian people, co-opting other groups such as the South West Africa National Union (SWANU), and in 1976 the Namibia African People's Democratic Organisation.[8] SWAPO used guerrilla tactics to fight the South African Defence Force. On 26 August 1966 the first major clash of the conflict took place, when a unit of the South African Police, supported by the South African Air Force, exchanged fire with SWAPO forces. This date is generally regarded as the start of what became known in South Africa as the Border War. In 1972 the United Nations General Assembly recognised SWAPO as the 'sole legitimate representative' of Namibia's people.[9] The Norwegian government began giving aid directly to SWAPO in 1974.[10]

The country of Angola gained its independence on 11 November 1975 following its war for independence. The leftist Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), supported by Cuba and the Soviet Union, came to power. The MPLA offered SWAPO bases in Angola to launch attacks against the South African military in March 1976.

I would just say that one thing /namibia/ and /pol/ need to take seriously is the fact that any serious attempt to overthrow or subvert Namibia's government by foreign whites would likely cause serious problems for the security of the local white minority in Namibia if unsuccessful. Possibly even South Africa too. Remember what Mugabe did to whites in the Zim air force when whites working for BOSS were suspected of sabotaging his shit?

Of course very likely none of you guys are going to do anything and all of this will remain a pipedream.

Nobody actually wants to make an autonomous situation. We just want to make a new life in a new land.

The only possible way to do that would be to get involved in local politics and change it legally from the inside.

This will take generations, of course.

f98701 No.2276

I'm gonna agree with what this anon is saying

I mean you can't hold dual citizenship in Namibia according to their constitution, the idea of hydroponics would work well elsewhere and more efficiently as well, they have recent memories of the negatives of colonialism and whites, and you have a whole image board of evidence about making a white homeland in Namibia

80caa3 No.2280

>>2276

No dual citizenship but you can have a license or Wtv for permanent residence

358dd6 No.2287

Section 26 of the 1990 Act states that no Namibian citizen may also be a citizen of a foreign country. However, this section of the act states that it is subject to the provisions of other laws. In a 2011 High Court case, Judge Dave Smuts ruled that a Namibian citizen by birth or descent could not be deprived of citizenship without consent, effectively legalising multiple citizenship for those citizens.[3][4] Applicants for naturalisation, however, must still renounce all their other citizenships under Section 5(1)(g) of the Citizenship Act.

>We don't have nice memories of colonisation

SWAPO are fuckin shit man, I know it's trendy to blame everything on apartheid but seriously the Nats weren't even that bad in SWA for the most part.

Do you honestly think that South Africa did a worse job of running the place than anyone else would have? Really imagine what the place would be like now if South Africa had given up in the 1960s and let SWAPO run everything, it would be a fucking shithole and we all know it, probably even SWAPO really knows it's true even if they won't admit it.

I mean sure Koevoet and the SANDF did some shit but war was war and it's not like SWAPO tickled their enemies to death or the ANC for that matter.

Thanks, based Namibia bro.

>Our country is pretty solid and stable, politically, socially and economically, so if you think you will have it easy, we are not the type of Neger you meet in Western Africa.

I hope more people realize this. The idea won't succeed if it's based around the idea of "colonizing some backwards African nation", it's pretty condescending and could also be considered an invasion.

We would be guests, it's not a good idea to antagonize our hosts. Regardless of whether a rag-tag bunch of militant whites from the internet could fight off the government, it's just fucking disrespectful.

From what I read online, they don't like South Africa because of the SA Border War, but are a lot less radicalized against the Afrikaners than in South Africa.

The war ended back in 1990, so the wounds are healing.
