I believe our territory should be -de iure- a monarchy with a clear-cut constitution. Have a friendly monarch (actual power up for debate) who acts as a figurehead and assures great Public Relations and assurances to democracy and freedom.
Of course -de facto- we can have NS or fascist government and operate internally how we want, but I believe a constitutional monarchy as the face for this new Namibia will hopefully garner not only prestige but some positive reaction by European nations and perhaps the UN, God willing (I think trying to appeal to America is a fruitless effort).
My only problem is how we would choose a monarch, optimally I believe a European who owns a title or land of any kind would improve legitimacy to foreign powers.

We already had a poll on what kind of government we wanted, and the only two government types that were actually significant in the number of votes they recieved was National Socialism and Libertarian Republic. Monarchies would be a horrible idea because it would be an endless power struggle amongst us for the throne.

For those saying we need a democracy it must be remembered that we are trying to escape liberal ideas and democracies seem to have a funny way of encouraging them. We will also be a fledgling nation which will need strong leadership that is willing to make quick and decisive decisions. we also want to be fairly traditionalist and since monarchies thrive on tradition there is really no alternative.
