I am quite set on this, it has very big potential if we pull it off and we will pretty much be writing the 21st century handbook of colonization as we go along.
If we keep this all on /pol/, or /namibia/, it will never get done. We can go as tourists and scout out the greatest possible location to buy land and consult people who are actually selling it.
Let us decide on a timeframe to go and meet, a location, and calculate costs and what we will need to bring for our visit

What you need is for a richfag to arrange a national meet up anywhere, renting a meeting room several months in advance.
