1. The application for the NGO has been sent.
2. After consulting with some nice lawyer people (redpilled, no worries), it has been determined that our official name should be:
"Latvian - African Civil Welfare Project" or, in my native Latvian (I have to do all the paperwork in 2 languages now, damnit…) Latvijas - Āfrikas Pilsoniskās Labklājības Projekts. This CAN still be subject to change, but you seriously have about two weeks of time.
So…I need someone to make a webpage for this crap…and write me a shitton of matherial about how we're going to help the poor africans, once we get there.
On my part, once I'll get this settled, I'll open a bank account for the NGO, make a PayPal account too, and share it with the board owner, Kommandant and other, interested people. Also, to make sure that everything is nice and comfortable, and that shit gets done, I'll make sure that the money can be accessed only by the concensus of the elected board of the NGO, and by no single person alone. I want this to get going, but as it involves people, donating money, security is a #1 priority here.
And, finally - I've attached my real e-mail with this post. Here's why: 1. This is trust-based. You can fucking dox my ass, if you REALLY want to, but I just want everyone to feel comfortable. 2. IF you'll want to access the bank account, have the rights to vote for the board of the project, get elected or have some sort of a say of what's going on, you WILL have to become an official member. That is done by typing & scanning & sending on my posted e-mail a page, stating that: "I [name, surname], [citizen of such and such country],[some form of contact] with to become a member of the Latvian - African Civil Welfare Project" Sign it, type a date on it, scan it somewhere, and send it to me. I promise to send everyone back my own name, surname and other personal info upon request. We DO have to trust each other, and I'm trying to make sure everything is safe. This is needed, as a written application is the only way of becoming a member of a society/project by Latvian law, and I'll need to prove to them that I'm not the only one doing this….and hell, you sons of bitches are so gonna dox me now. But what the fuck can I do, I want this to work.

I do hate to boost my own ego (or put myself down as I might), but I'm currently a young white male who has lived around blacks for the majority of my life, African and American, and speak passable German.
I'm young, healthy, and have nothing but a dead-end job to lose. My skills are high-end literacy, needed for indepth descriptions of land, climate, fauna, and natives, along with rudimentary cartography skills. Being from the American South, I've no experience with desert or even the savanna type geography found in Namibia, but my needs are low.

4. Even trying to relocate ONE person, I've had to do tons of research about the place I scoped out, it's the very cheapest and easiest place to live. Namibia was never fucking ON my initial list, there's too many issues to mention here. Jesus fucking Christ. Just think, who could you go to if you have a water shortage. Or anything that involves getting emergency help. Europe is far better because at least there are people nearby living similar. The one thing you DON'T want to actually go and do is live as isolated as possible, or ever have to plan to.

The best idea is to go into rural Europe, somewhere cheap where you can buy LAND with full control to build housing, dig wells, raise animals, become fully self sufficient, with cheap taxes. Then you have a decent chance at this because you'd have a good amount of freedom. But the problem I found with that, is that Britain (for me) might leave the EU in a few years so I might get deported in something like the best case scenario. This is all assuming you only take EU nationals - non-EU people can't get a permanent stay in Schengen countries as easily.
The other REAL option is to live on the fucking ocean. It can be done of course in theory, with sufficient planning, you just have problems of running costs and the wear of ships, pirates on international waters (no protection), and storms.
The only other possibility is somehow getting special status for citizenship. Which is not going to be possible.
Even if anons bought their own island (it was suggested before..) you'd still be under some country's rule and you have to follow their laws. Unless you want to be actual pirates, the idea being they're too much trouble/resource costly for modern nations to actually chase them out.
